Service Description

Our 90 minutes to Half-day workshops focuses on the individual's wellbeing inside and outside the workplace. Some key features of the service are: - Strong focus on care and teambuilding through interactive activities; - Ethnically appropriate advice, personalised to different groups according to their needs (food classes, illness prevention for conditions more likely in certain ethnicities, dietary preferences, and cultural inclusion through food); - Sustainable eating habits that lead to less waste; - Mental wellbeing and illness prevention guidance (common at the workplace: headaches, back problems, stress level management, anxiety, emotional eating); - Practical guidelines on how to enhance productivity and efficiency through balanced diets = (tips on natural sources of energy, dishes and snacks that lead to relaxation and better rest during the night, immunity boosters, etc.) For more information get in touch Nureen 07724805634 or
